It can be right-clicked on a Grass Block to create Enchanted Soil. I have used a mob crusher twice and killed gaia guardian stage 2 using gaia spirit ingotz 30 times with a looting V sword. It is centered around generating and harnessing the magical energy produced by mystical flowers. Not able to get overgrowth seeds in ATM6. If you want to use the Cloak of Virtue, that's probably not a bad idea either, as it completely negates individual "non-magical" damage events. Botania is a mod by Vazkii with art by wiiv. All non-wither damage during the Gaia fight first runs into your armor, where it gets reduced by Java Edition's weirdly complex formula, then goes through the Resistance effect, if you have that, and finally goes through the matching Protection enchantments on your armor. But magical damage still gets reduced by Protection enchantments (4% reduction per level, added up over all armor pieces) and the Resistance status effect from beacons, Potion of the Turtle Master (you don't want the accompanying slowness, though), or Botania's own Brew of Fortitude (20% per Resistance level). In case of the Gaia Guardian, only wither damage, poison and instant damage (the latter two from witches' potion attacks) are "magical" and bypass your armor. Here's the thing: There are two general types of damage you need to worry about – the one that your armor can reduce, and the "magical" damage. As well as a few other items: BotaniaAPI.blackListItemFromLoonium (lexicon) BotaniaAPI.blackListItemFromLoonium (overgrowthSeed) BotaniaAPI. They aren't exactly easy to spot, but avoiding them was my personal key to avoiding most damage by not getting withered and blinded. Does anyone know if it actully does produce overgrowth seeds Sadly, it does not. However, this slightly slowed-down fight allowed me to analyze what I was taking most damage from, and I believe it was the random magical mines it deploys when teleporting. As far as I know the Overgrowth seed can not be crafted, only found randomly in dungeons or drops from the GG. It has a damage cap so you can never one shot it, best I can can suggest is make an Unobtanium Sword / Armor and tank it. ago The Gaia Guardian is slightly designed to be tedious.
